How much is shipping cost?

Orders above $50: Free Shipping
Orders below $50: Flat rate $4.00 shipping 

How long will my order take to arrive?
We pick and pack orders within 1-2 business day. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email for you to stay updated on when your parcel will be delivered.

How will my order be shipped?
Our preferred courier partner is Ninja Van or Singapore Post. However, we may use other courier partners depending on your location.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with a link to track your order.

Can I change my address after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change any order information once your order has been processed. Please ensure the correct post codes are entered and if you are in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us.

You will receive your tracking information once dispatched. 

If for any reason you do enter the wrong address, this can delay the package by up to 4 weeks, but our courier partner will eventually return the package to us. Resparkle will cover the return fee but we will have to request payment to resend this out to you.

How do I change the address on my account?
To update your shipping address you can either do this in the 'My Account”' section when you log into our website, or alternatively you can do this during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
